There are a variety of ways you can get involved with Art on Wheels- from internships to volunteering, as a donor or a Board Member- your time, talent, and support is always needed and greatly appreciated.


Art on Wheels is always in need of dedicated volunteers to assist with classes, help out with special events, and work in the Art on Wheels studio on upcoming projects. If you would like to volunteer to help Art on Wheels make a differenct in our region, please submint your information HERE, and our Volunteer Coordinator will get in touch with you.


Art on Wheels offers a variety of internships year round, giving students real world experience in the arts and nonprofit industries. Internships are part-time, unpaid, and for credit or non-credit.

In addition to learning about the operations of Art on Wheels, internships are focused on specific skill development. Internship positions include: Program Coordinator, Development Assistant, Communications/Marketing Associate, Teaching Assistant, and Community Art Apprentice. Board Leadership

Our staff is led be a dynamic team of doers, dreamers, and community leaders. We seek board members who are passionate about increasing access to the arts and who believe in the importance of art in the community. We are currently looking form board members who are motivated fundraisers, artists, or have experience related to serving our target populations. If you fit this criteria, and are interest in a leadership role with Art on Wheels, please contact us!

Friends of Art on Wheels

We like you, and you like us. Let’s become friends! The friends of Art on Wheels is a group of awesome people that work together to help us drive forward our mission. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to volunteer on a more engaged level.
