Arguably one of the most important discoveries in the history of art, perspective allowed the artist to realistically create depth, distance and dimension in their works, transforming the static compositions of previous years into unified, dynamic and convincing portrayals of life. In this class, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of one and two point perspective drawing as well as aerial perspective, learning to apply these theories to current and future works.
